Are you brand new to yoga and want to learn the basics before stepping into a class? Then this series is for you! We will discuss yoga history and philosophy, foundational postures (asana), and breath exercises (pranayama). Each session will build upon the skills learned in the last ending with a closing meditation and time for questions. Come find out why yoga is so much more than stretching or a workout, learn how to take care of your body by modifying the postures to meet your needs in a group class.
