2 hr Workshop
Candlelight stretch celebrates the end of the week and provides a method of easing into space. In this workshop you can expect to create some space not only in your entire body but your mind. This class combines yoga postures (asana) and breath work (pranayama) both of which are held for a duration of time which enables the practitioner to establish deeper inner connections between the physical, mental and spiritual levels. This practice trains us in the habit of slowing down, paying attention and listening. Susannah will begin class with a mediation and a fluid warm up. She will then guide you on an exploration of grounding postures. This class is suitable for all levels, Modifications will be offered to meet every body. This effective and safe approach will leave you feeling relaxed, balanced and rejuvenated.
