In addition to cultivating steady and concentrated attention, a consistent inversion practice can be deeply transformative physically and for our nervous system.
In this workshop we will break down and set up the mechanics of the shoulder girdle, exploring the fundamental postures to support and stabilize your inversion practice with sustainability, mindfulness, and integrity. We will review modifications and essential counter postures to support your body on both a physical and subtle level. Leave feeling energized yet grounded, strong yet balanced.
