A native Cape Codder since birth, Quinn has found her way back to the Cape after recently graduating from Cornell University where her studies concentrated in European political and cultural histories. Her classes are infused with philosophical and textual foundations from the rich history of yoga. As a collegiate athlete Quinn sustained a number of sports-related injuries that led her to discover yoga as a path to promote healing in the body by creating harmony between strength and flexibility, while also exploring the relationship between action and stillness. She leads empowering flows that are enriched with anecdotes to encourage a strong and healthy mind-body connection.
Quinn is a 200RYT through Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina and loves ice cream, backpacking, camping, and spending as much time possible in the great outdoors - all things she considers essential to living a happy and healthy life.
