Zoe Wolf has been practicing Yoga since she was fifteen. She has studied with Don and Amba Stapleton, Sarah Powers, Dharma Mittra, Megha Buttenheim, Ken Nelson, and Stephen Cope, among others. Currently, she is in an apprenticeship with Tricia Duffy, with whom she took her first yoga class ever more than a decade ago.
Zoe’s classes combine subtle alignment and strength building and are an excellent option for all levels of practitioner. Classes with Zoe work with the opposing energies present in each body to enhance balance and resilience. Her classes have a strong emphasis on mindfulness, using breath, sound, and sensation as anchors to stay present to the experience of each asana.
