Winter/Severe Weather Closure Procedures @ Orleans Yoga

In light of our first major snowfall of the winter, we thought it was good time to send out a reminder of our weather related studio closure procedures.

The safety of our community is always our highest priority! If there is a storm on the way, please be sure to check the schedule on our website to see if class is on before heading to the studio:

Generally, if Nauset Schools are closed or cancel afternoon/evening activities, and/or the National Weather Service issues a “Blizzard Warning” or “Winter Weather Warning”, we will close the studio and cancel classes.

Class cancelations will always be made at least 2 hrs prior to the start of class. If the storm is predicted to start in the early morning hours, cancelations will be made by midnight the night before.

After a storm has passed, we will always open and hold classes as soon as the roads are clear. Those who dig out to make it to class will be rewarded with extra savasana assists!
