Yoga for Emotional Self Regulation - Special Class with Sara Moran

ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD. What is my diagnosis? Do I need medication? I don’t want to take medication. Increasing evidence in the field of psychiatry and neuroscience, demonstrate that deficits in the ability to self regulate (or adaptively cope) with challenging emotions, relates to the development, and subsequent diagnosis, of the afore mentioned mental health conditions.

This 90 minute class integrates components of a therapeutic yoga practice. The class will be formatted with various exercises and a brief description of their intention, in the context of an emotionally regulating yoga practice. Participants will leave with 3-4 different practices that can be integrated into their personal practice to assist in emotional regulation.
