Erin's yoga practice is guided by alignment, breath and intention. She teaches Universal Principles of Alignment that mirror the ebb and flow of life. Learning to anchor the body, mind and soul within this oceanic life is Erin's "why" for yoga. She is an E-RYT 500, holds an Anusara Elements certification and is trauma-informed in her approach.
Erin grew up in Yarmouth Port and took her very first yoga class on the Cape over 20 years ago. She deepened her yoga practice while living in Costa Rica and went on to manage/own a yoga studio in Teton Valley, Idaho. She is grateful to have come home to Orleans Yoga after all these years, and hopes to see you at the studio as both student and teacher!
