Samantha Siciliano

Samantha grew up on the Cape and has always found guidance and healing within its landscape. Her yoga journey started in 2010 when she was a Theatre student. Initially viewing the practice as something to enhance her tool kit as a stage performer, it grew into a foundational part of her life. In 2014, her desire to use the body as a communication instrument led her to a Master’s in Expressive Art Therapy, specializing in Therapeutic Theatre. Her work in mental health led her deeper into studying ancient wisdom traditions.

In 2019 she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Kripalu School of Yoga. That same year she studied at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram and Ayurvedic Institute in Kerela, India. Her therapeutic training informs her teaching style, particularly with nervous system regulation and trauma informed care. Samantha follows the teachings of Ayurveda and loves to incorporate this knowledge into her classes. Please ask her about Therapeutic Theatre or Ayurveda if you are interested in knowing more!
