Athlete's Edge is a five-week yoga series designed specifically for tween athletes (age 8-13) to build mental resilience and enhance flexibility. Through guided movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, this series helps young athletes improve their focus, balance, and body awareness - all essential tools for peak performance in any sport.
Each 75-minute class combines:
Dynamic stretches to increase mobility and range of motion
Core and stabilizing work to support strength and posture
Breath control and mindset tools to manage pressure and boost confidence
No prior yoga experience required. Beginners welcome! Yoga mats are available to rent and additional props will be available. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
COST: $150 per person for full 5-week series
