Come dressed in your most comfy clothes and join Julie for a relaxing evening of yin and restorative yoga by candlelight.
Yin yoga is a slower paced, more meditative style of yoga that targets the connective tissues of the body. Moderate pressure is applied through seated and supine postures that are held passively for longer periods of time to strengthen and regrow these tissues with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This class will end with some supported restorative postures, allowing the body and mind to fully relax and release.
