Whether or not you’re a morning person, committing to a regular practice to start your day can be a challenge. While different bodies follow different rhythms, a brief but consistent practice after waking sets the tone for the whole day.
With the guiding principle of daring to stay simple, we’ll work together to build a sequence of movements to gently open and awaken the body. We’ll include a mindfulness meditation component to tie in to your individual yoga practice, and participants will leave with a 20-30 minute complete morning practice they can call their own and get started with the very next day.
