In the somatic movement practice of SATYA, we slide and glide, we rock and roll, but most importantly we breathe and listen.

The practice is gentle and slow and facilitates body-mind connection (embodied awareness). It soothes the nervous system and releases fatigue and tension in the physical body. Please join me for these special classes, which are truly accessible to all bodies.
