In the somatic movement practice of SATYA, we slide and glide, we gently rock and roll, but most importantly we breathe and listen.

The practice is gentle and slow and facilitates body-mind connection (embodied awareness). It soothes the nervous system and releases fatigue and tension in the physical body. Join Jenna for this special workshop which is truly accessible to all bodies and in which we’ll have the luxury of time for both movement and meditation, all in the spirit of gentle exploration.
