The psoas is a deep seated core muscle that connects the upper body to the lower body. This workshop will first explore the importance of this muscle, its chronic nature of short and tight from sitting or over usage. Then you will learn how to engage and stretch this key muscle and practice postures that help release tension in the lower back.
