We are so thrilled to welcome Erin Aylmer back to Orleans Yoga for this special workshop!

On Saturday, March 29th, there will be a solar eclipse in the astrological sign of Aries. This is a potent new moon at the start of the spring season and astrological new year. Mercury, Venus, Saturn and Neptune will also be forming a stellium in conjunction with the solar eclipse. This cosmic alignment offers layers of potential. The planets and signs represent archetypal energies that show up in our emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations. When we engage with these energies through the body, and with intention, we align with our ability to cocreate with the Cosmos.

In this two hour workshop, we will align with the energy of the solar eclipse and nearby planets through an alignment-based yoga practice for more clarity, inspiration and harmony in mind, body and soul. Bring your journal for some light reflection and any intentions you may have at this time. Eclipse windows are powerful portals that have the ability to accelerate our plans, dreams and growth when we align with our dharma.
